First time making ribs in ages, and in pretty pumped with how it looks like they came out.
Setting up this theming will be fun! (Though feeling compelled to roughly cover a portion of the text on the panel to avoid quick glances leading to conversations I don't wanna have out and about is a little disappointing but probably for the best)
Made an appointment egg roll bowl recipe I found on Tik Tok and I gotta say, this might need to enter the rotation.
Ok I’m actually pretty proud of the chickpea and black bean salad I made to have with my dinner tonight.
And just like that my first ever cross stitch is in the books! Just gotta erase the guide lines my partner put on there for me.
Progress update on this cross stitch! Bottle and flame are done, now just the inside of the bottle left.
Made some Italian herb and cheddar focaccia that came out looking pretty great
Not bad at all first attempt of homemade tortillas using some sourdough discard!
Didn’t get the rise I wanted, but getting better at/closer to reading the dough correctly and figuring out my starter.

Listened to more audiobooks than music this year, but unsurprised my music listening is primarily trans, queer, and more folk and punk focused overall.
Colleague gave me an Emotional Support Dumpster Fire and it looks right at home on my anxiety bookcase.
The bonnethead was definitely one of my favorites. Always cool to see a hammerhead.
