I catched up on #3x3thumbsup - I'm still on vacation and enjoying daily trips in nature. Can't imagine myself back at my desk on monday...

I drew two interior shots (10, 11) with orange accents and the solar eclipse I witnessed in a valley so no sun there but a beautiful light and a green meadow from a hiking trip (13). All are painted with watercolours with a fragile lineart underneath.

It's time for another August of #3x3thumbsup - this year is a little special because I am doing tjis for the 10th time in a row! It hasn't gotten easier to find balance between overloaded compositions and neat detail.

I've created and decorated a tiny little drawing desk for personal drawings only. It kind of bugs me that I'm not finding time (and space in my mind) to draw just for myself. I hope this cozy corner inspires me!

I did a tiny tribute artwork for the 20 year anniversary of "die drei !!!". "kims tagebuch" which is a spin off to the book series was the first book I ever illustrated and it means a lot to me!

"Die drei !!!" is a German ongoing detective book series. The digital drawing shows the three girls forming a heart with their fingers. There's marie a tall blonde girl on the left, kim a girl with dark shorter hair in the middle and franzi a red haired girl on the right.
