Watched Obsessiom with director commentary from Curry Barker. Shame the cast weren’t also involved, but it’s fascinating listening to a young guy talking about his first studio movie experience. So many fascinating little insights. The youth of this entire production made it feel so new.

Obsession was more terrifying and disturbing than any horror movie I’ve seen in a long time. It left me feeling uncomfortable and shaken. And it had laugh out loud moments! And the audio design… holy shit it was it so well done. What a fucking treat!

I’m finding it fun for other reasons. I spent half an hour throwing security guys off a balcony, triggering the CCTV alarm, waiting for reinforcements, and throwing them off the back too. At the last count I had a pile of over 20 bodies.
