3x (0.5 fps, sampled at 120 fps, playing at 30 fps) time lapse of the shore of Rattlesnake Lake during sunrise. This was taken with my LAOWA 9mm lens so I could get the mountain and where I anticipated the sun to be in the frame.
"All Sundays" number 32. Rattlesnake Ledge seen from Rattlesnake Lake. I attempted to do another time lapse, which I'll post in the replies. Overall a completely clear morning, which would be nice if it didn't make the sunrise a little bland.

"All Sundays" number 31. This is taken from "City view Park" in West Seattle. Another completely cloudy day, haha. This time, I took a time lapse of 1746 images, of which this is one. This video begins 5 minutes after dawn, until ~30 minutes after Sunrise: youtu.be/RV57FyMvuGk
"All Sundays" number 30. Unnamed peak near Naches Peak Loop Trail, seen from Highway 410. It was completely overcast so I took a risk by going up Chinook Pass again. Luckily the clouds ended on the other side of the mountains.
"All Sundays" Number 29. The City of Tacoma and Mt. Rainier seen from Sunrise Beach in Gig Harbor.
We remodeled the kitchen in our last house ourselves. I always wanted a red wall so I painted one. When we listed the house we kept getting told to paint that wall white by the realtors. I told them to fuck off if they want a white wall the buyer can paint it. Photo taken as we were moving out.
"All Sundays" number 28. Naches Peak seen from Chinook Pass. We were ascending into heavy cloud on the Mt. Rainier side so I was worried there wouldn't be any visibility on the pass side. Luckily there was some brightness peaking through.
"All Sundays" Number 27. Bellevue viewed from South Day Street Park. Bluesky removes a lot of the saturation but here was some really amazing color this morning. <3
"All Sundays" Number 26. Today was... Completely grey. I had thought this view of Bellevue from Luther Burbank Park would be nice, but the clouds just did not cooperate. This does mark half way through the year though, only 26 more to go!
"All Sundays" Number 25. This is a view of Mt. Spokane that I've returned to several times over the years. I was lucky that the Solstice landed on Sunday this year. I was hoping for more clouds to make the sky more dynamic but alas. Took me a bit to process this one so it's a week late.
So my car had a "fwoomp" noise Wednesday night and then said "Engine Malfunction". Apparently the malfunction was that the intake charge pipe just popped off the intercooler. 🫠 It got bit into by the alternator pulley.
"All Sundays" Number 24. Almost half way there! Another completely clear day, this time in Vancouver British Columbia. This was taken from Queen Elizabeth Park.
"All Sundays" Number 23. My first choice of location turned out to be literally inside a cloud so I had to scramble to find... something that looks like a sunrise. Bit of a disappointing morning.
And that brings us to today's "All Sundays" Number 22. Seattle seen from Alki again. This time a bit closer on the city. Another very wide panorama to get the Space Needle and stadium into the shot. There wasn't much color this morning just a lot of gold around the sunrise but no pinks or purples.
"All Sundays" Number 21 (2026-05-25). This is the "A-Bomb Dome" seen from Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima. There was a lot more low cloud than I would have liked. We toured the park the previous day, which was a very solemn experience.
"All Sundays" Number 20 (2026-05-16). This was taken near Nijo Castle in Kyoto. This one was very challenging. It was too early to take transit and the shots I had planned of Nijo Castle's wall tower just didn't work out. Still got a nice reflection off a building though.
"All Sundays" Number 19 (2026-05-09). East facing view in ChongQing from Chaotianmen Square. This one ended up having brilliant colors. The riverfront in ChongQing is pretty amazing. The whole city is really. This one is a very wide panorama, much wider than my normal 21:9 to get the whole view in.
"All Sundays" Number 18 (2026-05-02). Kowloon bay seen from Tsim Sha Tsui. This turned out to be a very beautiful sunrise with light pinks and purples before the sun fully came up. Was a great way to start our vacation.
