The table on which the Bajoran orb in the temple on Bajor is located in #StarTrekDS9's "The Collaborator" features an illuminated tabletop with the Bajoran emblem in each corner. That's why it takes so much time properly (and finally) researching this alien emblem: it's everywhere! ;-)

In #StarTrekTNG's "Redemption I", we see a very interesting kind of Klingon cup. I'm sure this is a fancy 80s design classic in real life. The choice of furniture and props in the Duras household is always interesting in that episode! :-)

Both in #StarTrekDS9's "The Circle"⬆️ and "The Collaborator"↙️ (and every Promenade scene whenever the Bajoran temple is seen), this window with the Bajoran emblem is always illuminated yellow/orange. Except for this one shot of Kai Winn in front of it late in "The Collaborator"↘️.

I love that you can see the family resemblance in the Klingin forejerad ridges of each member of the Duras family: Duras (#StarTrekTNG's "Sins of the Father"↖️), Toral ↗️, B'Etor ↙️ and Lursa ↘️ (all "Redemption I"↘️).

A few days ago, we watched "Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home". I swear, in the Cetacean Institute, I saw an undercover mirror universe Romulan commander ↖️↗️↙️, always in ther background but always paying attention, wearing something like a #TOS Romulan uniform ↘️. I swear... 😋

We were watching Columbo last night, namely the 1991 episode "Columbo and the Murder of a Rock Star"⬇️ and I noticed the Betazoid chime/gong (#StarTrekTNG's "Haven"⬆️) on top of a display cabinet. It appears only twice in the episode, each time very briefly but I noticed it. I'm getting better! :-)

A new metal Bajoran emblem first appeared in the Bajopran temple in #StarTrekDS9's "The Circle"↖️. I assumed it was then shortened a bit at the top and used for the Promenade temple "Shadowplay"↗️. "The Collaborator"⬇️ confirms my theory, as it is seen on DS9 ↙️ and, now also shortened, on Bajor ↘️.

If you compare Sela as she appears in #StarTrekTNG's "The Mind's Eye"⬇️ and a few episodes later in "Redemption I"⬇️, you can see that she has had a change in uniform (fabric) (the higher rank fabric) and hairstyle. Definitely the guest star treatment (instead of the unnamed extra deal)... ;-)

We watched "Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home" last night and I found the earliest appearance of freezer spacer material on #StarTrek yet: It's used for Vulcan cargo crates early in the movie, thus predating the Klingon deck plating late in the film. www.ex-astris-scientia.org/inconsistenc...

There's no special version of the Bajoran emblem in the mirror universe in #StarTrekDS9's "Crossover" and also no appearance of the Bajoran temple entrance on #DS9. The Bajorans simply wear the regular combadges, shaped after the Bajoran emblem, as can be seen here. Not even upside down! 😋

Over the course of the first four seasons of #StarTrekTNG, three different fabrics have been seen in use for the Romulan military uniform. Movak in "Redemption I"↖️ wears the same darker fabric (and maybe costume) as Mendak in "Data's Day"↗️.

Watching "#StarTrek IV: The Voyage Home" with my friends. This exchange between Spock and Sarek suddenly is much more significant and it makes me very emotional. My mum knew how much #StarTrek means to me and and that my friends and Star Trek would help me heal. She was right! 😍

I don't know if I've already posted this one in all the confusion during the last two weeks but here's a look at a metal stand in Gowron's ready room ⬆️ which seems to stem from the same design lineage as this Duras sisters chair ⬇️, both seen in #StarTrekTNG's "Redemption I".

This shot in #StarTrekTNG's "Redemption I" marks the first ever appearance of a Romulan PADD on #StarTrek. The PADDs will later be re.used by the Mari in #StarTrekVOY's "Random Thoughts". They really stole everything! 😅 www.ex-astris-scientia.org/inconsistenc...

#StarTrekDS9's "The Wire" once more gives us a rather good look at the weird roughly pentagonal Promenade sign which appears to feature a highly stylized version (a circle at the bottom of an oval) of the Bajoran emblem. Looking forward to the Bajoran emblem in the mirror universe(possibly?)!

#StarTrekTNG's "Redemption I" features the new (or first) Klingon communicator combadge (worn on the sleeve close to the shoulder) for the first time. Here it is worn by Gowron and Toral.

Early in the episode on the Maquis planet, everything is still alright ↖️ but in the scene in Sisko's office ⬆️ and at the beginning of the Promenade walk ↗️, both combadge and rank pin are upside down. The combadge is fixed by the end of the Promenade walk ↙️ and the pin later in the Ops scenes ⬇️↘️. 2/2

Notice somwthing when comparing this screenshot from #StarTrekDS9's "The Maquis I"⬅️ with the second part of the episode, "The Maquis II"➡️? YES! Both Kir'as Bajoran combadge and Major rank insignia (both shaped like the Bajoran emblem) are upside down!! 😂 1/2

I'm thoroughly covering all appearances of every Bajoran emblem on #StarTrekDS9, so in the episodes (like "The Maquis I") where no unique version of the emblem appears, you'll get images of Kira, like this one. That's the way it'll be for the next 5 seasons and then I'll have ther big roundup. :-)

What was originally a glavin, used on Ligon II in #StarTrekTNG's "Code of Honor"⬆️ later became a Klingon weapon (though only ever seen on display and never used) in Worf's quarters ("Redemption I"↙️). ANother one is also seen in the Duras house in the same episode ↘️.

#StarTrekDS9's "Blood Oath" does not feature any new version of the Bajoran emblem, but we get a really good look at Major Kira's rank pin (shaped like the emblem) and a nice Kira side-eye as well! :-)

It's rather hard to see but there's a Stokke Globe barstool (cousin to the larger one regularly seen in Worf's quarters) in the Duras house in #StarTrekTNG's "Redemption I"⬅️. These stools earlier appeard in "Haven"↗️ and one actually is located in Alexander's bedroom ("A Fistful of Datas"↘️).

Today was my mum's funeral. You have no idea how much strength this quotes gives me at times like these! 😭🖖😊

We watched #StarTrekTNG's "Cost of Living" tonight because it's a cheer-up episode. And then this moment hit really hard - it's my mum's funeral tomorrow. 😭 But yet, at the end of the episode, I noticed the first first appearance of a prop brought I'm researching and that brought me some joy again!🖖

There's no new or special appearance of the Bajoran emblem in #StarTrekDS9's "Profit and Loss", so instead I'm giving you a picture of Odo (and his Bajoran combadge) telling you to listen! ;-)

Here are comparison shots of the Qo'noS matte painting, as seen in the origonal ↖️ and remastered ↗️ versions of #StarTrekTNG's "Sins of the Father" and the original ↙️ and remastered ↘️ versions of "Redemption I". As can be seen, the green tint was toned down a lot for the remastering.

A Klingon wall lamp in the Duras house in #StarTrekTNG's "Redemption I"↙️ is of the same design as lamps seen earlier on the show in "The Ensigns of Command"↖️ and "The High Ground"↗️ and later on Romulus in "Unification I"↘️.

This interesting chair, seen in the Duras Famil house in #StarTrekTNG's "Redemption I"⬅️ is later seen again in the DS9 classroom in #StarTrekDS9's "Cardassians"➡️. Does anybody recognize the design or designer?
