Leaders lead, and you follow. That's all fine and good in the military, or business. But our government is run by representatives who are supposed to represent the people, we lead ,they are supposed to follow. Let's stop calling them our leaders.
##modelrailroading I picked this set up yesterday also. As you can see the locomotive is missing the rear truck. I have already found replacement parts for it. Now, you may ask why I would do this with a cheap train set. Well I'll tell you. Giving them away to disadvantaged kids makes their holiday
#modelrailroading. Picked this up at a thrift store today. It's missing track and the locomotive and rolling stock, but I couldn't pass ot up. I have never seen a Hot Wheels train set before. Apparently they were made from 1983 to 1985. Going to clean it up and find the missing pieces.
Since a few of the talking heads on Fox are calling patriot front leftists, maybe we should just start calling them Antifa. That should piss them off biggly. So whenever you refer to them, be sure to post a photo and call them Antifa.
##modelrailroading saw this gem in northern New Hampshire yesterday. It's a Porter 0-4-0 locomotive used in logging operations back in the 1930's. I'll be doing more research on it and maybe a video later.
What I've been doing this summer. I'll be insulating the floor before it gets cold, and working on the inside as fall comes. This is our new mudroom/laundry room.
#modelrailroading. I haven't been doing anything on my layout since the weather has warmed up. I've been busy building a mudroom on the house. But it's raining most of this week, so I'm trying to figure out how to make an elevated railroad for my S scale trains over this section of the layout.
This leaves more questions than answers. Journalists need to proofread their stories before printing them.
I have this one. Peacock blue according to the Lionel site. It's the 252. In damn good shape for 100 years old.
Walls are framed, now rafters. But that's for another day, it's clouding up and getting ready to rain.
She crossed the rainbow bridge this morning. 2 years as a puppy mill before a gal I served with rescued her and sent her on to me and my wife. She was 10 years with us and didn't remember her old life. She's already missed.
#modelrailroading My birthday present arrived today! 5 days late, but it was worth the wait. For a set that's almost 100 years old, it's not in bad shape. Later I will shoot a video of them running. But that might be in the fall.
#modelrailroading Temperatures are climbing, snow is melting, and soon I will be starting work on the house. I really should get to work on this, but spring fever has grabbed me. Also,I have a lot to do on this old house before winter comes around again.Maybe on a rainy day I can do a little on it.
#modelrailroading My grandson taking apart the 2 cheap battery powered locomotives I had. He wants to steam punk them after a coat of primer.
#modelrailroading my lovely wife just ordered this for my birthday. It will be late, but I don't care. A pre war Lionel passenger set.
