Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and sad, so much so that it’s making me feel nauseous. I haven’t eaten dinner because everything smells and sounds disgusting. This was a fun Monday.

A small victory - I’ve been lifting free weights at home like I used to and it’s been nice to feel myself getting stronger. I’ve been trying to take better care of myself despite all the shit - healthier diet, exercise, skin care, stricter dental hygiene, more me time - and it’s been going well. ✨
