Louisiana Governor Landry set to cancel May 16th election on Friday, 5/1/16. Absentee ballots have already gone out and early voting is set to start 5/2-5/9 in Louisiana. He wants to cancel elections so he can redraw Louisiana's election map. This will eliminate two Black majority districts.
