Hey @forfunbangkok.bsky.social, I sent my hood back for repair 10/8/25, got told it was done 2/8/26 and asked to pay shipping back, which I paid for DHL the same night, and still haven't received it. I've sent several more emails with no reply now. Anyone else have this problem? (Pic for attention)
