The stairmaster is truly the human version of a hamster wheel. Going absolutely nowhere. Class workout though.
I did plan to stream this week but it's been a bit of a rough one. Gym keeping me sane at the moment. Hopefully be back on Sunday.

Binned off any cardio I usually do on Wednesday's and went for a walk through the woods instead

Still can't stand running but here I am, running longer distances in faster times. There's definitely some sort of love/hate relationship with this.

Think it's about time to change up my hair, regret it and then grow it back out to the same style again.
