Hey everyone I am still recovering from a recent unexpected purchase, and could use some help. If you're interested I am doing art comms over on VGen! So check the images for my prices if that interests you 👀 (Example comms in the replies below :) ) vgen.co/GenmaTheArtist
24- Zelda: The Missing Link (OoT hack) This hack is a small transition game meant to bridge OoT with the start of Majora. Having finally played it I'm incredibly impressed by it. Has one of the best dungeons I've seen in a loong time. Def one of the best hacks I've played alongside Sands of Time.
22- Independence Day To celebrate July 4th I got with some friends and watched Independence Day. Saw this when I was a young kid but it's been forever. It's campy to the max in all of the best ways, and fresh off playing Star Fox was funny. Perfect movie to sit with friends and banter over.
While I am no stranger to getting certain games digitally, I always like having physical copies of my favorites. MASSIVELY disappointed in @sonyplaystation.bsky.social for this. Very much hoping companies like @nintendousa.bsky.social don't follow their example in the future. 😡😤
22- Star Fox (Switch 2) I liked it. I think it updates 64 really well without losing the core gameplay of the original. Did it lose some camp? A little, but in its place the plot shines more. 64 was also a graphical showcase of the N64, and this REALLY shows what Switch 2 can do. Amazing visuals.
21- Deadpool & Wolverine Ngl, kind of a random thing I threw on while drawing. I skipped Deadpool 2 LOL so no opinion there. Anyway uh.....The Action was fun, seeing random legacy movie characters show up was neat. Not my favorite thing in the world but was fun lol. Comedy was VERY hit or miss.
Suddenly there be bird 🦅 I got a commission request from @finalheartsx.bsky.social to draw Kloe from the Trails series. This time in pixel art form! #VGenComm #trailsinthesky #Trails #kiseki If you're interested in commissioning me, check the link here :) vgen.co/GenmaTheArtist
Man still wild to me that I first played SF64 not long after I first watched Gundam 79 and got slapped with this reference lmaoooo (For context this is basically how most Gundams have entered combat in space ever since the original show. Ngl feels like 64 references Gundam as much as it does SW 😅)
20- The Hobbit 1977 Haven't watched this since I was 4, and I don't like this adaptation anymore lol. If you're a kid that just read the book or something it's cute but ngl it sucks out a lot of the good moments. (& the music direction sucks.) The M4 Hobbit edit is the best adaptation. Book good
Plague of Shadows The level design for this was mostly the same but I really like Plague Knight's kit. While this route started off rough I think it was really cool just blitzing my ways across the levels wih this character. Also Plague Knight's dynamic with Mona is absolutely adorable.
19 - Spider Noir When I first saw the trailer I was kinda surprised it exists and that it looked good. This show feels like a cross between Spider Man and Batman. One of my fav Nicholas Cage roles too, I really really recommend it. (Btw I watched this in B&W. Cool that you can choose.)
18- Toy Story 5 Watched this with my family for Father's Day. I sure did watch a Toy Story movie about iPad kids.
17- Shovel Knight (Shovel of Hope) After playing Mina I figured I would try Shovel Knight since I never played it. I see why this is so popular. There's a charm to it that a lot of Indie games don't have. While I prefer Mina, I def recommend this game. Looking forward to the other campaigns 👀
16- Mina the Hollower Game caught my attention since it seemed to call back to the Gameboy Color Zelda games. My favorite 2D Zeldas (next to Link Between Worlds) Difficulty, movement tech, and Trinket system are fantastic. A highlight of the year. Will definitely come back to this one.
In case you don't know, Ocarina is like my favorite game of all time. So I can confidently say it is the game I am the most curious about in this direct. Looks pretty but man I need to see more (also spotted a tiny detail that I hope is for teaser reasons but definitely has me like 🤨)
Art Store is here if you're interested in buying prints and some other merch: acggoods.com/store/genmas...

BIG OLD UPDATE (copied from my YT community post) Please Read. Then check replies :)
15- Kirby Air Riders Wanted another game for my Switch 2 and since friends play this online figured I would hop on. A really solid racing game that gets to some crazy high speeds. Glad to have another one I can play online with friends. Not feeling the single player as much as other games tho.
14- Maul Shadow Lord So a good friend kept telling me I needed to watch this. Finally got around to it and wow. While it doesn't technically do stuff I haven't seen before, where it excels is the execution. Reminded me that Filoni Maul is one of my favorite Star Wars characters.
So it's been a bit since I updated my stock there, but if you would like to purchase a print of my new #Lyndis illustration (and much much more 👀) You can check out my art store in the link below! Check it out :) acggoods.com/store/genmas...
Okay the pixel art one posted weird, I'm gonna try this lol.
Also, gotta say, real cool putting this next to my last action piece with Lyn. My style's definitely grown a lot. 👀 (2026 vs 2022)
An extra. Made this Lyn as an example piece of my new Pixel Art category on VGen. Was fun to do a pixel art piece of her as well. If you're interested in art from my check out my prices here: vgen.co/GenmaTheArtist
Surprise! I FINALLY made a new art! It's Lyn from Fire Emblem: Blazing Blade! This time in her Blade Lord fit from Warriors 👀 It is allegedly Lyn's birthday month so decided to indulge myself here. But also wanted to experiment. Hope you like it :) #FireEmblem #FE7 #lyndis #FEH #FireEmblemHeroes
13 - Mandalorian S3 Yeah so I needed background noise while I worked on a fanart and with that new movie out I decided to finally catch up. Yeah this season isn't bad imo but it sure does love it's filler moments and episodes. Still the finale stuck the landing for me so that's the plus side.
12.5 - Twilight Princess...Again lol. I feel every time I revisit TP I just come to terms with everything I miss about Zelda is in this game. Takes me back to simpler times. Is it perfect? No. But is it one of my favorite Zelda games? Absolutely. Was fun to run through it again and 100% it :)
12 - Rogue One (Andor Cut) This is basically an edit of the film to make it feel more in-line with Andor. While I feel a bit more mixed on the new score in particular I do think this is a stronger version of the movie that works much better as a "season finale." Fun rewatch
