It's been a good summer break, but I'm still in shock that my tall dyslexic girl is heading to middle school. I hope that this is the year that my wonderful daughter challenges herself to read more for her pleasure. 💙📚

I've been on a ketogenic diet this whole summer, only cheating during vacation, and I'm seeing and feeling the results... I'm happy to announce that I've gone from 266 pounds to 251. You may not think that's much, but I'm 5'7" and 42. I have a beer gut that has refused to go away for years. 💙📚
