Cartier is well known for Luxury stuff, and also for Schroedinger cookies. Did you know that? What a craftsmanship!

I bought a piece of wooden furniture. The box contained one broken piece with a spring, a duplicate part, a missing piece, and screws that break under the screwdriver. After I complained, the seller offered me a 20% discount. What level of resignation is that? 🤦🏻♂️
I don't have an iOS. But if I remember correctly the share icon on iOS (Apple apps) is more like this, isn't it?
I still wonder why Bluesky displays an upload icon for the share action below our posts. (Android app) Totally not intuitive for me but maybe it's just me 😅
I just bought Helldivers II on PS5 to play with a friend on his recommendation. Well, not what I expected. Server issue for 25 min. Not documented online. No support. No play. I'll ask for a refund I suppose. Ping @helldivers2.bsky.social
Someone at @figma.com can explain to me why I got this error message while trying to upload a community file? My steps: - went on the file community page - clicked on "Manage resource" > "Edit this page" - added 2 screenshots to the images - Next > Publish - Boom, error. No visible error. 😫 #figma
Small proposition for the Bluesky WordPress Plugin I'm developing. Go challenge me here: github.com/geoffreycrof... Yes I'm testing Github Discussions to see what happens. #WordPress #WordPressPlugin
A ✝️ symbol to say "year of death"? Was it really necessary? What would you use for a Jewish folk, or an atheist person? A star? Nothing? Then use nothing for everybody, I'm sure we will all figure it out just fine. (Context: a flyer for an exhibition at Luxembourg)
Tencent Hunyuan 3D An open source high-quality 3D DiT generative model. Not an expert in 3D, but this seems amazing from my point of view. Any expert in the field to try it? https://buff.ly/42EKTD4
"Trump Proposes US Iron Dome" I thought it was a joke so I check he sources, decided it was a joke, asked chatGPT to draw something based on the article. Here it is, ridiculous, like the Trump's idea, but I had fun. https://buff.ly/3Cu1EGq
Bluesky is making a photo sharing app called @flashesapp.bsky.social based on the same protocol powering Bluesky.
Serious Link - Games Artist An amazing article on the process of creating a darker realistic Link, written and created by Ankit Garg. https://buff.ly/4fUyL3Z
If they have declared an Open Search model they can be indexed as search engines. Technically, my website is (has) a search engine too. Showing off a little:
Yet another app with a promotion feature well developed. Good job guys! 😂 (Also let's not talk about how things are aligned on this screen)
Ha! Just deleted Twitter today to add @bsky.app on @buffer.com 🥰
Yes you need a business account to do that. Once you switch to Business, you'll get spammed by Meta on all the platforms. (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram) Plus, the localisation of their tools is simply awful. I don't know how they even make money with this shit.
I don't know if I told you, but I do Leathercraft in my spare time in addition to writing books. (Yeah, I don't have kids 😅) This comment made my day. People are so kind on my leathercraft Instagram account 🥰 Just wanted to share this with you all, alongside my last creation.
Does this table make sense to you? If yes, please explain it to me 😅 If no, what's missing? (Context: price of the suica card)
I'll be soon making a watch band for my newly acquired watch. But in the meantime, here is the latest one I've made for someone else. You'll recognize the Apple Watch lugs 😊 Cognac veg-tan Italian leather with a grey thread to match the chrome of the watch.
I do prototype for everything. I even do paper prototype for both my work and my hobby. This helps brain dump things and think around your first ideas/solutions to get new ones, or simply test it and get rid of the first pain points.
Still writing those books. Takes forever 😱 If you think one or both topics would be interesting for you or your colleagues, please like or share 💓 Word of mouth is priceless. Cover teasing in the meantime. Be informed: FR: geoffreycrofte.com/mailing/book... EN: geoffreycrofte.com/mailing/book...
LinkedIn is testing a new way to animate its community. They are testing Articles that are co-written by AI and experts in the field. The issue is that the base is so poor and the suggestion you can make is limited: 750 characters per suggestion. But let's say is just an experimentation.
UX tips: do not force the phone prefix based on the delivery address. Someone living in France or Luxembourg can have a phone number from any other country. Suggest the prefix to the user if you want, but don't force it. This is a good and obvious reason for abandoning a checkout process.
Dear Netflix, as a user, I would love to have a textual alternative to images when they can't load properly because of temporary slow internet, so I can pick my next show. Thank you.
I've made my first handbag last week. Took me 4h of design (maybe more) and 16h of production. I've made some mistakes and need to adjust the design. But that was fun to make, and I've learned a lot.
