Final day in Paris 😭 What a great city - truly beautiful and diverse, excellent food, wonderful for cycling. I’ll be back next summer…!!! (maybe before then, you never know)

Rode down to Oxford to catch the train (the bike lanes are truly dire in north Oxford 😬
I decided to quit my 600km audax to reduce the risk of further aggravating my dodgy knees (running/walking 51 miles without training is a bad thing?! 👀). A lovely day out though- great to ride in the Chilterns and the Cotswolds again

Run Sandringham 24! I’ve buggered up my knees - I had to walk the final 15 miles - but I’m happy with the final distance and also the experience itself! Truly, you don’t Find Out unless you Fuck Around (in the sense of trying something new)
Continuing to do dumb shit - I’m at Run Sandringham 24 (to run as many 5 mile trail runs through Sandringham grounds as possible within a 24 hour time period). There is a mini sauna and hot yoga on site 🤣
Quite sad that I have to leave Mallorca after an excellent 7 days here 🥲
