I find it hard to get mad at Adam Carolla, a guy I have never heard about before this quote, whose only accomplishment seems to be "hosting a talk show distributed as a podcast". The same way I don't get mad at whatever a cockroach thinks of me. It seems too much like this picture.

We had Dexter (the orange boy) for 2yrs, raised from kitten at home. We adopted Sheyla (the poppyseed girl) 3 months ago from a rescue. Initially it was a mixed bag. She's lovely, but Dexter was a bit shy. But now they play with each other and overall he's behaving better with her than without.

Absolutely shameful keynote at SIGMOD'26 by Tova Milo who in the year of our lord 2026 still says things like "LLMs will be as smart as undergrads." At one point she said, and this is a direct quote, "LLMs are WOW", which is the deep insight you would expect from a respected professor.
