I’ve been freed after a couple of days in the hospital. No source found for my unexplained fevers. I get to feel like crap in my own home while the specialists study my tests.

Tripped and fell in a parking lot today, damaging my left temple, breaking my regular glasses, and collected scrapes on my hands and knees. ER doc said I would have a lovely bruises on my face coming up.
When we could, we adopted the senior cats because nobody wanted them. This guy came to us aged 12 and lived to be 21! He was a great cat, and we miss him.
Met a sweet tortie named Peanut on our walk today. She stopped to greet us in her middle of policing squirrels on her beat.
Deck is being torn out for a new one. Inquisitive look from a squirrel used to getting his breakfast here. A moment later he found the seeds I put down on brick pavers.
I just make sure they have access to good views of outdoors. We also have a small catio on the back deck.
A childhood friend of my husband’s passed away in April. Hubby is executor of her estate. He’s sorting photos to send to her family and friends. Here am I on the left with the late friend, Nancy, at least 30 years ago.
Today I bought my weary body a recliner. I requested that my husband not ask me the price. Hoping for delivery later this week.
Doing a little weed digging. It’s been a long time, between my shoulder issues and knee issues. I know I’ll need to hire somebody at some point but just can’t seem to pull the trigger on that.
