The lower 4 tiers could be argued forever but the top 10 in this mode are basically set in stone and are game-solvers for 18v18 (based on personal experience in games paired with scores and frequency of MVPs observed: additional consideration given to multiple of one hero on a team and teamwork)
My biggest question about the update tomorrow is if they'll ever make her not feel like shit from a butt in 18v18
