The French have responded! I was hoping they would just issue the certificate but this is the best non-issue reason I could think of. Its not a "wont" its just a "you need some more specific docs" rejection.
The IRCC has my application and the wait for an AOR begins, unfortunately that wait time has ballooned up to 50 days on average
DEC has the birth certificate package and Canada Post has the application package and expects delivery by Friday!
My request to the Quebec government for a birth certificate will be in Canada Post's hands likely on Monday. Hoping to hear back from DEC by the end of next week.
Canada has some absolutely unhinged requirements for document signing outside of Canada
You don't need to learn cursive to sign your name, for instance your signature isn't recognizable cursive lmao
