86: Denshattack! Probably game of the year. Every couple stages I told myself “this is the best game ever” and it just keeps that energy throughout. A thoroughly fun game with so much energy and love, I adore its OST and its characters. THIS is what games should strive to be.

85: An Observation Log of My Fiancée Who Calls Herself a Villainess Much better show than I expected. Went in wanting something cute and funny, ended up really liking its two leads. It can be messy at times but I really had a lot of fun with this.

84: Cardiac Contrepoint I never went through Flavor Foley's first album, so I finally fixed that. It's real strong, with Butcher Vanity, Weathergirl, Water the Roses, and 炜WARD ROMANCE being highlights, but it's fun to see how much they upped their game in their new works.

83: Deltarune (Ch.5) Finally played ch.4 and beat my new favorite ch.5. This game has become something so special, I adore it and it’s unique ideas and fun characters. I’m so excited yet terrified about where else it could go, Toby and his team have truly grown too powerful.

82: Castlevania Chronicles Arrange Mode. Really cool little remake of the original that changes a lot in generally better ways, probably my favorite version of Simon’s adventure I’ve played thus far. The super funky music and fun designs were a boon for sure, too.

81: Hoppers Glad I finally caught this one, it was real good! Very cute movie and Daniel Chong’s sense of humor really made it stand out as one of the funniest Pixar movies. So many moments were deranged compared to their usual fare, so it had a very unique tone. Loved it!

80: Golden Axe This game is nostalgic for me since we had a Genesis collection on Dreamcast and never got far in it. It was a fun time, but yeah we abused save states because it’s hard and janky and those skeletons were the wooooorst. But still had a fun time with it.

79: Yohane the Parhelion: Blaze in the Deepblue They made an official Metroidvania about one of my favorite characters and it actually rocked. Lot of charm, looks gorgeous, fun systems, and shockingly good boss fights, I can’t believe this game is as good as it is. Loved it!

78: Super Monkey Ball 2 Half the time this is a really cute and charming game with great presentation and a fun gimmick and half the time it’s crueler than any circle of Hell that Dante could have imagined with the most evil levels I’ve ever gazed upon. Good time?

77: Shovel Knight I genuinely can’t recall if I beat this back on the WiiU but I beat it on Switch and it holds up fantastically. Some annoying parts here and there but a really great and simple game that has aged like fine win. Gotta try the expansions at some point!

76: Bloomchasers This game is very cute aesthetically with its 3D tree gimmick but it got shockingly intense with how strategic it is. It plays like Connect 4 meets Chess and we spent a lot of time debating rules. Fun time, just don’t let its cute appearance fool you!

75: Joe & Mac 2 Skipped the first one because we really didn’t like its game feel, but my sis and I enjoyed this quirky little action platformer. Really nifty game with fun levels and bosses, albeit a high difficulty spike near the end, and we had fun making dumb caveman voices.

74: Wild Guns Really fun arcade shooter I once again played with my sis. Very simple and straightforward kind of game but that Trigun-y sci-fi Wild West aesthetic is always super appealing, and it’s a nice short game on NSO. Had a fun time with it.

73: Gunstar Heroes Super fun run-and-gun. I’ve wanted to play for years and finally did with my sis and it was a great time, I really love a lot of Treasure’s style and the ambition here was off the charts. Awesome game, absolutely try it.

72: Altered Beast Put this on to play with my sis jokingly since we remembered playing it on a collection as kids and being bad at it, but we learned that there’s a “continue” code and the game’s only like ten minutes long. Good game? Meh. Fun time? Definitely.

71: Gravity Circuit Absolutely excellent take on the Mega Man format. Controls and customization relatively this game shine and capture the exact vibe I fell in love with in MM2 (despite how bad I am at the grapple hook). Super great game, don’t miss out on it.

70: Taskmaster s21 Incredibly fun season. You can tell even the people making it had particular fun with this cast, and the energy was really good throughout. May genuinely be one of my favorite lineups in the show’s history.

69: Zootopia 2 Cute sequel! Plays things safer than the first so it's tighter in some aspects but has less punch in others, but it was generally a very fitting follow-up. A stronger antagonist helps a lot, too. Good time.

68: Spectacular Spider-Man Really fun take on the Spider-Man story with an incredible voice cast and great ‘00s cartoon action. Particularly liked its take on Electro. Huge bummer it ended on a cliffhanger for corporate nonsense, I hope it gets some form of continuation someday.

67: Josh Johnson: Symphony Very funny, low-key comedy special. I only knew Johnson from his appearance on Game Changer but I really like his style, and the music interludes added a lot to the tone of this one. Very fun time.

It’s that time of year, and I have a new spin this year! I am doing a VILLAIN THEMED #ColorWheelChallenge! Give me villains and antagonists to draw that fit each color! Pulling suggestions from here and Discord! Rules attached below! First, I need some 💔 RED VILLAINS! 💔

If I do a non-Pride related challenge I'll still probably draw something to celebrate Pride, for the record. Just would be a smaller scale. I adore doing them but I've done a LOT of them so far, I'm unsure if I need to wait a bit to do a third, lol.

66: Lord of the Rings: Return of the King Probably my favorite of the trilogy and really made it all make sense to me. I really liked this trilogy, and the constant action of the finale really made it all come together. Super fun series and I want to try out more of it.
