He squirmed while I was carrying him past The Stranger. He’s way more relaxed now he’s in his usual spot, but towards the end of this clip I pull the camera back to show his tail. One who knows cats will detect the trace of suffered indignity. Also he snores and it’s adorable.

Much of the lower floor is in disarray, so he’s very unsettled. I stayed with him and gave him neck skritches to make sure he felt safe. It was effective (sound up for purrs).
