You are right But in order to get it you must have a birth certificate or US passport. I just helped my 89 year old aunt het hers. Both of those documents DO prove your citizenship without requiring proof of citizenship.

This is a beautiful rose. I have 25 roses. My favorite by far is a cluster of three rio sambas. They have three colors. They bloom yellow, go to bright red and fade to pink so at any given moment all three colors show.
The coolest thing I saw in France(better even than the Louvre) was Renoir's country home by the sea and the room he painted in. Floor to ceiling windows.

The little local fish market in my hometown served the red kind...so I grew up on the stuff. It wasn't until I left home that I discovered the white stuff. Both have their merits but are def not the same thing.
