While countries around the world are facing heat waves and wildfires, oil companies are raking in record profits off the back of climate change, wars, and genocides. Canadian oil companies are expected to make an additional $90 billion in profits this year alone - this is unacceptable ! 😮‍💨

The ongoing drought across Europe is NOT normal. Don't let anyone convince you into thinking it is. What were once freak events are now regular occurrences. 🔥 It’s time to #MakePollutersPay for the damage they have done to our precious planet.

Moving toward local, stable, and decentralised renewable energy isn't just an environmental goal—it's the only way to achieve true economic stability. ☀️💨

Because oil and gas prices are controlled by a handful of producers and sensitive to geopolitical chokepoints—like the Strait of #Hormuz—their price shocks ripple through our food, transport, and even insurance premiums.
