hello from NJ, where i am working on revising my novel and reading and eating my mom’s food and reminiscing about the time i was fingered in the best buy parking lot
spent two hours last night rewriting the same sentence over and over only to delete it completely this morning
had a gay ol’ time talking to my dear friend and chic babe elizabeth teets about her new book, which i could spend way more than an hour gabbing about, at book soup last night 📺 there were also cookies made with the book cover on them but i ate mine before i could take a pic oop

finished a very, very, very rough draft of my novel a few weeks ago. it’s about a queer thirtysomething who enrolls in a clinical trial for his chronic pain, and as a result of the experimental drug, develops the ability to shapeshift. time to dive back in and see if it’s any good!!!!!!!
