It's Monday so... A classic; honey smoked ham and pineapple over 1/3 lb. mozzarella, sautéed puréed seasoned tomatoes, scratch crust baked outside on a pizza stone on the grill.

Despite appearances, it is not Monday. The oil drain plug on BobaBus 2.2 stripped out upon reinstallation. I blame BobaBus's previous owner's mechanic. I always use a torque wrench. Thankfully O'Reilly Auto Parts had the necessary thread repair kit in stock.

It's Sunday so... Homemade crust with sautéed, puréed seasoned tomatoes, 1/3 lb. mozzarella, zucchini, mushrooms and white onion. Cooked on a pizza stone on our propane grill.

Here's today's load. 640 lbs of lumber, lathe and plaster, and old kitchen countertops from my 1934 house.
