They do not doxx anyone, make any accusations of criminal behaviour or call for any sort of action to be taken against the soldiers and institutions they mention. STURGEON LAKE CREE NATION FILES CLAIM OVER SEPARATIST PETITION
Treaty No. 8 Territory- January 2, 2026

No separation of Alberta from Canada can occur without First Nation consent. This is Treaty land. This is the law.

Despite this, today, the Chief Electoral Officer followed the blatantly unconstitutional law passed by the UCP and approved a separatist petition in violation of Treaty No. 8. This petition will invite foreign interference and economic, societal and legal harm on all Canadians who live in Alberta, but especially all First Nations. This was approved all while the Courts were closed. They reopen Monday.

Tonight, we have filed a Statement of Claim in the Alberta Court of King's Bench against Alberta, Canada and the Chief Electoral Officer for failing to diligently implement the Treaty and for breaching the Treaty.

On Monday, we will file an urgent injunction to pause the petition to avoid the foreseeable harms that will result from this petition.

We invite all First Nations and Canadians to support us.

I like that this bear is too smart for traps, and wish him well in court

Johnson has alerted the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, which set up more cameras and has tried, unsuccessfully, to lure the bear out. Several weeks ago, the department set up a trap: a large metal cage sprayed with cherry and caramel scents. A bear was found inside it on Dec. 16, but officials said it was the wrong bear.

According to Elections Alberta data, Joshua Eberhart does not vote in provincial elections. The question then becomes how does someone who does not even vote get talked into leading a recall? I believe Mr. Eberhart acts as a proxy for Alberta Resistance, a left-wing activist group weaponizing recall legislation to target UCP MLAs and provoke a general election. This approach contradicts the spirit of recall legislation, and therefore, this application is without merit.
