She/They. Grim little bone critter. 36. OC and monster lover, gamer, weeb and proud. There are two wolves inside of me and they're both tired. Hi! Content includes both 18+ and sfw. Yes, I do commissions! #art / #OCs
My post was too long, so I screencapped it. But I feel this in my bones. Even my own Mom, who hated the appearance of smartphones and the like, is addicted to instagram now.
Even though they're side-characters, there's a very sweet example I can think of. Which is Fred Kwan and Laliari in Galaxy Quest. And while the Thermians do have technology to appear human, it's clear he's VERY into her true self. There's still a severe dearth of man-digs-the-lady-monster, though.
If you see this, post a vampire! I actually have one for this! My baby Vince!
This image right here haunted the hell out of me for days after seeing Princess Mononoke and it still gives me chills every time I watch it. The silence while the camera pans in, the hollow drooping eyes, the misshapen bodies, and the evil of the tactic. So quietly horrifying.
And maybe you didn't realize you had. But last I checked, Fred Rogers didn't have a crushed pupil, divot in his iris, and every line smoothed off his face. Even the lines in his hair are distorted.
I'm not the best at coloring or painting, but this is one of my proudest pieces in terms of masking and the colors that came from it. It was almost a happy accident how the color turned out on his skin, but I feel like it's one of those pieces that was suddenly like my brain vomiting skill. XD
Wholeheartedly agree. Or for Tyler to be gay and Miriam to be trans in Turning Red. Or for Riley to have feelings for Val Ortiz in Inside Out 2. All decisions axed by Disney. And the shows that have managed get cancelled after. I'll always refer back to Alex Hirsch's tweet during Pride Month.
Frustratingly, this is my Mom's favorite color. And given the amount of bees that live in my head at any given time, it's only mildly accurate. Wish I'd gotten a green of some kind. Ah well
Just posting my artistsona, cause I been feelin' pretty burnt out and take comfort in my lil' gremlin form here. Little skelly...cat...thing. Those aren't horns, they're ears, they're just flipped back...or maybe they're both. I dunno. I just like this little fellah. #art #artistsona
They're not the prettiest cause I'm just experimenting, but I've nailed down some of Jupiter's outfits while he's working. The first are fatigues for just routine field work. The second is for when he's working in the medical bay on the ship. I'll refine these, but I just wanted to put 'em somewhere
If you see this, post a butterfly to celebrate 10 million users on Bluesky. A beautiful Dido Longwing to celebrate!
I'm Grim and I love drawing OCs! I love the supernatural, sci-fi, and horror. I'm not a very fast artist, but it doesn't keep me from drawing. I would love to make a webcomic or learn to animate my own characters!
I'm Grim and I love drawing OCs, but I do a bit of fanart when it takes me.
One of my newer babies, named Jupiter. Inspired by a squid, he comes from a planet called Vune that's primarily aquatic. Jupiter's kind are amphibious, but only to a point. After some time out of water, they'll need to return to rehydrate and breathe easier.
My baby Eli, a light mage, coming to grips with the realization that he's not entirely human. Stuck in a realm of darkness, his body changed by the realm, and feeling disconnected from the denizen from which he draws his power, finally he's reunited with their presence.
Some close-ups of the piece as there are a lot of small details I'm proud of it. VwV
Another of my finished pieces. This time of my OC Vince. Pictured here in a Bloodborne AU, I imagined him as someone who either lives in or is adjacent to Cainhurst Castle. He has long-belonged to the hunter's dream and will face challenges with undying loyalty should you befriend him.
