Einerseits werden wir im Öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunk zu Recht darüber belehrt, während Hitzewellen keinen Alkohol zu trinken. Andererseits hat derselbe Öffentlich-rechtliche Rundfunk kein Problem damit, mit Werbung für Alkohol während einer Hitzewelle Geld zu verdienen.
Gilt das dann auch für den Gemeindebund und die Landeshauptleute im Rahmen des Finanzausgleichs?
