So, this is what I look like now. Stopped going to the barber. He wants to keep whacking my beard back. I want to try for a long beard. I’m retired, not customer facing, Mom’s been gone 20 years. Nothing to stop me now.

I’ve been wanting to make a nice Bolognese sauce for some time. I understood the theory, but never put it into practice … until now.
