I didn’t MEAN to lie yesterday!! Things came up and I couldn’t get this out :’) Anyway, two for one special. Pick your flavor. Wolver or orc, singlet or robe.
Well! It came out with a soggy bottom and really messy with my experiment to replace the mushrooms with caramelized onions… …but still REALLY delicious beef wellington. :9
Schmootorte complete. All that is missing is the caramel sauce, but that goes on at serving!
It smells heavenly. Crumb coat applied, now to let it chill before finishing and decorating it. Caramel sauce will be applied tomorrow at serving.
Been making so much biscotti lately, have ANOTHER batch. People can’t get enough of em.

A smattering of things Ive been working on over a bit now! Now in both orc and wolver flavor.
Roasted salmon with a shallot garlic lemon sauce, roasted potato and butternut squash, and a tossed arugula salad. ✨ Fuckin’ amazing.
A couple of culinary feats over the past couple months that I never posted~ Biscotti, fajitas, banana bread, and a quiche.
Before soup season is over I HAD to make a french onion soup in one of my new pumpkin bowls.
