Ironic, I bought my first PS2 because it could play more than just PlayStation discs, and I'll not even think twice about the PS6, because it won't be able to play any.
I was going to joke the next evolution in this line is simply an FF where you can pay to skip the story AND the gameplay, before having the sobering realization that was just Knights of the Crystal.

The FFXIV 'combining your basic combo on one button is forbidden' discourse is so weird to me because every other game genre out there understands that 1) face buttons are finite on a controller but also 2) you can fit more shit on those buttons if you combine the basics.

RPGs. FPS sewer levels LOOK more like sewers, for sure, but I would say those annoying-ass basement floors in old RPGs that use castle tiles with a row of water in the middle still count as sewer levels.
Jet is downright miserly, scrimping every single gil he can out of his day-to-day. Repairs? Does them himself. Teleporting? Hasn't paid for an aetheryte in four years. Nobody in Eorzea knows this man has a mansion in the Empyreum, and nine digits of gil on him at all times.
It's fantastic though because they have this eye-rolling 'thine, thou' theater dialog between them, but, occasionally, the actress will just break character and casually think about how much of a loser her co-actor is and you have to subtly reassure her to get back on script.
The FFXI Tanabata event is playing chaperone to a date between two actors in the roles of a prince and princess, except one isn't confident in herself and the other is easily distracted by festival attendees in swimsuits, so you have to make sure the "play" isn't derailed.
Finding out that FFXIV and FFXI trade QoLs with one another is sweet, because they really are two different games that can't replace each other. Vana'diel is Vana'diel and Eorzea is Eorzea. But what do you mean XI had class unlocked glamor plates before XIV did by a whole-ass decade

Check that the save has the shard icon in the lower right corner, and return to your original save. -IF- it works like the way we think it does so far, Seam will let you know that you missed a previous crystal, and to check outside. You might be able to pick it up that way! Maybe.
It's true, Final Fantasy Record Keeper, Idle Poring, and Dragalia Lost all closed on me within 2 years of each other. The end result has been that I simply do not care to play mobile games now! Especially Square ones, with -their- track record!
