Friends tell me that my face is like an open book and that they can tell how I’m feeling just by looking at me. Mental health is real. There’s times when people around you hurt or disappoint you, your body won’t function properly or life seems to be stagnating. But remember, things will get better.
After months of recovery I finally can get back to my fitness routine. Let’s burn some calories… 🏃
