Some recent sketches from life drawing sessions. I've recently found it more easier to draw in my moleskin than the larger formats provided at events.
Been reading Pokémon Adventures again and Mato’s more chibi-ish art for Gold & Silver is just so fun to look at. It really captures the vibe the game sprites with added charm 👌 also look how cute and cool Totodile is here 👏
Mines still fine too. One of the best things I’ve done for myself is add Pinterest as a widget on my phone, much better than social media to scroll through too.
I’ve been playing Pokémon Crystal recently and the sprite for Farfetch’d surprised and delighted with how much character it has ✨ 10/10 🦆

Recently I find myself thinking back to David Lynch’s daily weather reports. How earnestly he shared his positivity and thoughts on art or music, with Fridays being the pinnacle, a celebration of the weekend ahead. Even if it was never intended to be one, it’s one of my favourite works of art.
Finally picked up @planetsmudge.bsky.social ‘s “Alas” whilst in London. The level of craft and silliness in this comic is an absolute treat from start to finish. You should definitely get a copy to read for yourself 🫵
There’s something always enjoyable about watching a Chibi-Zelda lift various objects or a weird creature above her head. Like yeah Girl, you got it!!
Was instantly sold on the new Digimon Game when the intro played, how can you resist this?? Just oozes fun!
