just got off a therapy call where my therapist suggested i hold my chiikawa plush as a grounding technique after i cried a lot and i wound up smiling & laughing gleefully at this little thing with my red face and wet bloodshot eyes and i felt completely insane

couldnt verbally describe to my friend how hard i messed up picking up a cup of coffee the other day
