I like this a lot, but the movie shows the TIE Scout that he arrived in, parked next to the X-wing Rey arrived in; plus the TROS novelization states that he flew there in the TIE. But your idea can still work if he does the Force Projection thing from the bottom of the pit Palps throws him down...
TFA Thought For The Day: The very first time that we as the audience see Finn, that we first see Kylo/Ben, & that we first see Rey, they each have a mask on. And the very first time that Han sees Finn & Rey, & then Kylo/Ben, they each have a mask on. Nice little parallel.

He's also in one of my favorite Agatha Christie adaptations, "And Then There Were None" (2015)
I like to think that Kylo/Ben specifically chose the customizations on it that call back to his father's ship, like the look of the cockpit and the rear sublight engines; whether he did so unconsciously or on purpose is an interesting thought to ponder...

Good luck to all those who will be trying to get tickets today! 🤞 If we knew for sure that they would be doing something (anything!) for the TLJ 10-year mark I might try to make it work, but unless things change a lot for the better between now & April 2027 it's just not in the cards (or the budget)
This is a must-buy for me. Just love this movie. He takes a role where he says maybe 100 words total but does so much with just his face & his line delivery. So good!
