For all the other millennial women who are wondering... yes. Yes, she IS named after Princess Irene's companion Turnip from the 1991 Welsh-Hungarian-Japanese animated film, the Princess and the Goblin. I am finally realizing my childhood dream of having a cat friend named Turnip. :)
Had a GARBAGE day, but you know what? I also bought a CAR, and I’ll be damned if I don’t at least celebrate myself just a little bit! Feat: the new Focus descending from the heavens, my car token + the car vending machine (!!!), and saying goodbye to the stubborn old girl after 11 faithful years. 🚗✨

Combined these vintage crawdad fishing lures I found at Factory Antique Mall with some lovely freshwater pearls I thrifted at Savers, and now I have earrings that make me feel like a hillbilly queen.
