I have to garden in containers. Otherwise I'm just inviting the gophers over to eat. Here's my strawberry patch and the first cucumber this year. Growing cherry tomatoes also. I already ate the radishes. 😊

This 10-year-old girls has lots of health issues. But I work hard to make sure her quality of life is the best it can be. Don't know how long I'll be lucky enough to have her.

Yes, losing power in the summer is serious here. We have lots of lizards here. From the very large, to the very small. Two of the largest, the Gila Monster, and the Mexican beaded lizard are even poisonous! But you'd have to work hard to be bitten. A couple of the smalls.
