139 years ago an Inuit kayak was sold by Charles Stemshorn of Halifax, N.S. to an unknown buyer who in turn donated it to what is now the Museum am Rothenbaum Kulturen und Kunste der Welt, Hamburg. A replica of the kayak (and paddle) brings its form back to the water.
