The renamon is very fat, her belly spilling out from her shirt and over her legs under the table. She is nervous about how fat she feels, having been athletic for all of her life up to only recently. She is bashfully trying to wave away another wave of french fries being served to her by the cartoon fox on the other side, who is not being very helpful in finishing the fries themselves.

The cartoon fox looks at the renamon with piercing eyes, knowing that shyness is hesitation met with desire to continue. With piercing words, the fox speaks in a way that compels the renamon to continue eating despite her reservations:
"Surely you're not done already? It would be such a shame for all these fries to go to waste... And I haven't even heard your chair start straining yet!"

she's lying to save face about why she's so fat and sweaty and her clothing doesn't fit

An incredibly fat weasel girl stands facing to the right, covered in sweat and breathing heavily while she speaks to the reader. Her extreme weight compresses her diaphragm and her cheeks put pressure on her face, so her words come out deep and slightly unclear:
"At.. thisgth levehl.. you hahve.. tough pought on.. this muhch woight... fohr traigning.. t'... matter..." ("At this level you have to put on this much weight for training to matter.")

She is standing, with her leg fat only just barely suspended above the ground, her belly dragging in front of her. She cannot quickly move in any direction. She is resting her arms on her belly, since it is the best spot for them to be able to quickly lift it should she need to move, compared to the effort of raising her arms again if she were to let them lay further.
She is obviously extremely exhausted, but it's not clear that any effort beyond talking has caused this.
