A new lion joins the crew! Meet Marshall Burnside, a core-born lion ^^ Thanks goes to @khangakhai.bsky.social for cooking up this lovely fellow! More good stuffs to come of him in the future :3

Marshall Burnside, a coreborn lion with a fiery red mane, beard, and tail. His long hair is braided back into a long trailing tail and his dark body is offset by bright orange fuzz and fur on his knees, chest, and elbows.

He wears gold jewelry on his wrists and boasts piercings of his chest~

Tsuragao has always been a phenomenal cook (he didn't get that belly by accident!) so when he was told he should try his hand at being a pastry chef at a local fair, he went for it~ Thanks to @lukoi.bsky.social for another amazing YCH!

A while back, I asked a big ol pig to cook up some designs for a certain superhero to get tf'd, and oh boy, did he cook~ Thanks to @oinkerarts.bsky.social for drawing up Mr. Incredible tf'ing into a big grizzly bear and a big ol wolf!

Mr. Incredible, wearing a pup hood and staggering to his feet. Gelatinous good covers his neck, suggesting the hood is tethered to his body such that he can't get it off~

The gelatinous goo from part 1 succeeded and the super is transformed into a big grizzly bear, roaring as sheer might is unlocked by his new form. The suit held up; suggesting that the goo reinforced the suit as the hero transformed into a big bear~

Mr. Incredible struggling with a slightly different design of hood; collared now, he attempts to remove it...

Only to transform into a full figured, fat wolf, his suit tearing due to the sudden speed of his shift. The big wolf is still collared, and the gloves and boots of his suit couldn't hold his major shift. Oops~

Instinct takes over and the big wolf howls~ his suit has several tears from his uncontrolled transformation.

3) Paolo was my first rat fella, and his backstory is that he was a tester for antivenoms - it was an incredibly dangerous job, and one that he earned lifetime compensation for, having survived the full run of the program. He still has an enduring immunity to multiple varieties of poisons!

This year's garden got started this week - we'll see how things go!

Emerging sprouts! Button blazing stars growing in the shadows of a dahlia plant~

Sweet peas from seed will be growing in the container with a frame (and the lower most container), cosmos sprouts rise from the corners of the upper container with a gladiolus corm in the center.

Biggest variety!

Large container on left holds gladiolus corms and cosmos from seed, the hex-ish containers hold button blazing star and black eyed Susan seeds, while the hexish container on the right has live plants: dianthus, ranunculus, and geranium. The two round containers in the back hold gladiolus corms, while the hanging basket has been seeded with heath aster.

THERE IS AN ENHANCED RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM PARTS OF THE UPPER AND MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY SOUTHWESTWARD INTO KANSAS AND OKLAHOMA

SUMMARY
Numerous severe thunderstorms are likely this afternoon into tonight across parts of the Upper Midwest southward across the lower Missouri Valley into central Great Plains. Initially this may be accompanied by a risk for large to giant hail and a few strong tornadoes, before severe wind gusts 60 to 90 mph become the most prominent hazard by this evening.

A belt of increasingly strong southwesterly 500-mb flow will overspread a destabilizing warm sector today as the upper trough eventually reaches the Upper Midwest and central Great Plains late tonight. Concurrently, the aforementioned cyclone will develop northeast to Lake Superior as a warm front over IA advances northward into the western Great Lakes. Meanwhile, the cold front will sweep southeast reaching the central Great Lakes southwestward into the southern Great Plains by early Saturday.

Upper and Mid Mississippi Valley.
A northward expanding warm/moist sector on the nose of a 50+ kt southerly LLJ will continue to destabilize as large-scale ascent approaches from the west. A large-hail threat may develop this morning with developing convection across southern MN (see
Forthcoming MCD #472 for short-term details). Heating and advection of 60s deg F surface dewpoints beneath steep mid-level lapse rates will support the development of a moderately to very unstable airmass from IA-IL northward into the upper MS Valley to the east of the front and southeast of the low. Upwards of 1500-3000 J/kg MLCAPE is forecast immediately ahead of the front with strengthening flow aloft, strongly favoring organized storms, including supercells. Recent…
