The pro-nuclear Finnish government released a study on nuclear energy economics. Unsurprisingly, all new nuclear energy projects (excl. life extension) will need taxpayer support. Power-only reactors (large or SMR) are clearly uneconomic. CHP or heat-only units fare better. tem.fi/documents/14...

Regarding the energy crisis: What crisis? Electricity prices in the Finnish grid are ridiculously low, about 3 cent per kWh. Energy is clean, reliable and abundant. This is a fossil fuel crisis. It only affects those who neglected climate action and chose to rely on imported fuels.
