Kudzu Bun with Matcha Paste. Honestly, pretty great. I'd definitely eat this again. I was expecting there to be a mochi mixed with Kudzu vine for the base, but it was clear. Not as chewy as a mochi rice based one.
Sushi wrapped in persimmon leaves. Nara, Japan specialty. Solid. Ate it before the deer attacked us.
