Facebook helpfully reminds me that 4 years ago, Otto tried to steal an e-bike outside Wegmans.

Otto the Schnauzer passed away tonight at the age of 14 1/2. A ferociously loyal, relentless pursuer of treats and pets, he went on many adventures, befriended many, and brought terror to squirrels and small children. He will be missed.

Schnauzer update: He’s got a blockage of his left kidney & they’re gonna do a procedure later today to try to unblock it. With a 14 1/2 year old dog, there’s heightened risks of surgery. Prayers & happy thoughts welcome!

Otto the Schnauzer could use some prayers and good thoughts. He’s at Friendship Animal Hospital with a possibly inflamed pancreas and gallbladder.
