Just a lil guy trying his best. Love math, fantasy, sci-fi, and pokemon. 🏳️🌈 Denver
#4 Game Changer by Rachel Reid I enjoyed the romance in this quite a bit! It was cute and fun! The dialogue felt like some of the worst I’ve ever read. Overall, I think this book suffered from telling and not showing more so than anything else I’ve read but I don’t read much in the genre so idk
#3 The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern In many ways this book is a mastery of atmosphere even if feeling a bit juvenile at points. One character’s actions felt a bit unfounded or perhaps I misunderstood them. I feel I would have loved this if I read it a decade ago when I originally picked it up.
They really are the blueprint for two queens coming together to maximize their joint slay
Just finished episode 1 of The Harbingers and holy hell talk about a story that immediately draws you in. I’m absolutely torn between going full throttle and listening to it all or parsing it out and savoring each episode
This legitimately might be the funniest episode of any actual play I’ve ever listened to. It had me in absolute stitches most of the way through
So cool to see Hemlocke Springs go from having essentially one song and it going viral on tiktok to her releasing her second album
LMAO a guy on tinder asked for a pic of me flexing, and all I have is this lol at least my earrings look cute
2026 book thread! #1 Hyperion by Dan Simmons I’ve read very little sci-fi despite myself and my love of the genre in theory, but wow what a standout for me. A rich, developed galaxy with moments and stories that will haunt me and that I feel I’ll have to grapple with just for having read them.
It’s the season of giving and honey I’m giving you lumberjack realness this holiday season! (I bought a new flannel and want to show it off)
