Then there's the librarian in Courage the Cowardly Dog who is infamous, and only appearing in an episode aptly entitled “Wrath of the Librarian“. She is sadistic, and charges Courage with a fine of $4,000,000 for a book which was supposed to be returned two years prior (10/?)

The librarian in Uncle Grandpa, and only appears in one episode, “Back to the Library”. She is likely voiced by Grey Griffin. This librarian wants Uncle Grandpa to pay back a 12 cent late fee, something he somehow doesn’t have money for, after his friend recommends he return the book (9/?)

Mrs. Shusher in The Replacements shushes the protagonists during one episode, “Quiet Riot”, and is clearly stereotypical. Perhaps the episode is endorsing/supporting quiet areas of a library as eventually the punk rocker librarian is removed and Mrs. Shusher returns. (8/?)

One of the most sadistic librarians is Miss Dickens in Carl Squared, who is stereotypical, and hates the protagonist for stealing books from the library (173 times) and demands he has until closing time to bring back all of the books or there will be consequences. (7/?)

Next is the (Student) librarian in Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible with Kubo giving her glasses while Shirashi looks on. Who voices her is still not known, but then again, she really only has one line. (6/?)

Most memorable, at least to be, is the Librarian in Akebi’s Sailor Uniform, who is one of the first times I saw a librarian shushing someone in an anime. The librarian says what the English subtitles translate as “Quiet please.” The protagonists bow to her and respect her authority! (5/?)

Then there's the librarian in Gabriel DropOut who directs the angel Tapris to books about computers in the public library in the 11th episode of this #anime, “Fun Forever After…” The voice actor for this librarian remains unknown. (4/?)
