Tigers win! First slide is tonight’s Tigers scorecard. Second slide is from opening day and McGonigle’s MLB debut. The two most anticipated prospects combined to go 7/9 with 4 2Bs, 3 RBIs and a walk in their MLB debuts. Not too shabby!
The kicker of this article is “But for once, the WNBA is marked safe from unnecessarily feeding the algorithm.” Man, shut up.
Very funny to me that in 2025 a random Buffalo sports fan shared a graphic concept made by a random graphic designer that goes much harder than what the Bills rolled out for "Nickel City"
It pains me knowing that while The Outfield is singing something that goes as hard as "Josie's on a vacation far away, come around and talk it over" they're looking this dorky.
The worst part of this uniform is the helmet. Make the helmet silver and then make a modified design blending the elements of a real buffalo nickel and the city's flag and I think it would work better.
Listening to some Mest and laughing at high school me scream singing these lyrics in the car while living the most average middle class ass life with parents who loved me.
Something that has always been an issue in sport social media, but I think is getting worse, is creatives who are too pop culture literate. And when you start playing the game of “who can make the coolest or most relevant pop culture reference” things like this happen.
If you insist that watching soccer on television is a better experience than seeing it in person, then I think the problem is you. (Also, Euro games are in the morning. You can watch both!)
Per the new European Broadcasting Union shot standards, shooting an athlete celebrating with former president Bill Clinton is ok.
All I am saying is if the Swiss manager is in a relationship with an unassuming secretary in the U.S. federal government, we got trouble.
Last time Argentina was in Dallas I decided to go Argentina jersey hunting in downtown. They…weren’t hard to find lol
I can't be at a viewing party for tonight's Mexico match, so here are a few more snaps from the last one I went to on the night of the round of 32.
I was lucky enough to be watching when an AP photographer (I assume) showed up in the shot.
I have never seen a post-match fireworks show set up inside the stadium. All the ones I have seen are shot from a space just outside of the stadium. I haven’t seen any news of any injuries thank goodness. What was Angel City thinking?
