Poor little Josie baby! Alice hates them and will hide in the bathtub and cannot be consoled. So a little gabapentin and trazodone help a bit - she's still anxious but at least not terrified 😞♥️ I hate them so much! I always wish for people to get their fingers blown off, because I'm a ghoul

Called an accessible clinic to finally find a therapist. Gave my info, broke down & told her how close I got to doing a Spin-Out 360 in my wheelchair in front of a speeding bus, specifying I meant "literally" & was using it correctly. She then told me they were booked up. #AdventuresInTherapy
