The mega dose antibiotics & antiparasite meds I'm on have made me feel like I'm on fire Then I looked in the mirror, then took a selfie & my skin is darker like I have a sunburn. Also, all light is too bright. I think I'd rather have dog parasites & bacteria flowing through me.
Because we have a couch now, we can all lounge together. Lazy Cat Sunday. Third day of antiparasite & antibiotics & I feel like I've been lit on fire. The cats dont care.
The most annoying part of getting bit by a dog while working - 1) uniform shirt is destroyed & I've already been waiting for new uniforms for a year. 2) I have to remove blood for my watch wristband. Its weird that 24 hours after this photo was taken the blood on it is still bright red.
Just a normal day at work except leave out the normal part. It was a fluke. I think I startled a very good dog, and she thought I was a danger to her humans. So she protected them. Cops & EMTs were surprised that I was so calm. Why be highkey? The dog was starteled. Otherwise she's a good girl.
Yay! My couch is on its way! I will soon have another surface to sit my unopened mail & incomplete projects on... Very proud that I waited & waited to buy it because that resulted in getting it for 50% the normal price.
A year & ½ ago after going through multiple normal 8.5oz jars, I ordered this bad boy. I have no idea what its made of. Never been happier. I love you Davines OI Hair Butter. You make my hair better. A bit of sadness that its empty. On to trying Grow Good Get Rich hair mask.

There was a brief intense spat on Atlas' sofa. It ended. They became sleepy. Atlas decided to sleep directly on the window ledge, not on his sofa. Pallas decided to use Atlas' sofa & to console Atlas while they nap. Or at least that's the story I'm telling. #cats #GabapentinFortheFireworks
This is my cat Pallas. People wonder about his name. He & his brother are named for the Greek Titans Pallas & Atlas. My Pallas is not a Pallas' Cat. Pallas is a cat but he is not a Pallas' Cat. Some people do not know what a Pallas'Cat is. A Pallas' Cat is not my cat Pallas but it is a cat. #Cats
Atlas is thoroughly enthralled by the 2 minute long preview. I think he thinks its not looping. It's looped 12 times so far. Each loop is brand new to Atlas.
A nap story in two photos. I come home from work change clothes & climb into bed for a nap. I say to my cats "I'm gonna take a nap. Care to join me?" Atlas & Pallas respond "Hell yeah! LET'S NAP!" Pallas claims beanbag. Atlas claims Knee Blanket Fort. Me- still awake. My knee hurts.
Let this video stand as evidence that I have Pallas' verbal consent to play 'chase' with him. We're playing chase now. I throw tasty Churu Bites across the room. Pallas & Atlas chase & eats the treats. There will be sliding on area rugs for added drama.
That turned out to be a pleasant day at work. Thanks SF Pride Parade crowd. It was a pleasure telling you how to cross Market St during the parade (BART/Muni Station-underground) & where to find a clean public bathroom (Hej! IKEA has clean restrooms). All you happy ppl made me happy.😄

On this lovely #Caturday after #Juneteenth, Atlas woke up when I woke up. He immediately asked to go under the covers. I lifted the covers & let him go under. That wasnt good enough. Atlas needed his Knee Fort under the blankets. I abided. I lift 1 leg to tent the covers & bend the other leg.
He's loafing. Not a sourdough loaf but a Hawaiian sweet roll loaf.

A day off from work to see my doctors...so I claimed. Really, it's a day to sit and stare at my boy as he purrs in my lap... then sneaking off to doctor's appointments.
Just got home from work. I immediately opened the balcony door to let more air in & to let my boys go outside to people watch. Now Atlas & I are outside & the usual sun baked Black cat in inside. Atlas doesn't even hate the wind today. Pallas always knows when its too sunny #HeOutsideOutside
