The one thing I learnt from an old boss who lived in Helsinki was that Melbourne's bitter cold days. Those with the Antarctic chill winds where it doesn't matter how many coats you're wearing it's still cuts right thru you. It's the result of high humidity. Feels like 7⁰ with humidity 70%
