Observed this little fella in the bull thistle flower head, not sure what he was doing there, likely feeding on the sweet nectar or laying eggs among the protective petals, or maybe just resting after a long day of foraging. #bettles #nature #coolthings #coolbugs
A happy bee enjoying the wonders of the world. Happily minding its own business while contributing to the magical expressions of nature for all to observe. #flowers #bees #nature #pollinators #Canada
Pelegrina proterva -> Common white-cheeked jumping spider Seen this little fella jumping around the Brome grass and thimbleberry plants. Not a spider fan after being bitten by a Black widow a few years ago, but this guy seemed friendly. #spiders #commonwhitecheekedjumpingspider #Canada
Margined Calligrapher Fly has something to say The paths crossed again; nice to see you. The time I saw you there, I remembered myself again. Next time we fly away together to dance the night away Reflections in it made me understand There I left the key of remembering C. de Jong
I have almost a pure black one growing under my cherry tree. its sometimes has a tinge of red in it
I saw this Sheep Moth yesterday flying around, out of the corner of my vision. I saw it and was quickly amazed by its light colours, so I grabbed my camera and followed it around, trying to get some decent photos, but it doesn't like to stay in one spot for long; it keeps moving. LOL, Tricky fellow🕊️
My inner reflection is observed through my perspective of outer observation. There I see, live my own dreamed reality 🕊️ Dancing to remeber the way back home
Bull Thistle A top flower for pollinators, it may be seen as invasive by some gardeners. However, it helps bring balance and benefits while coexisting with garden plants. Take time to admire its wonders before jumping into a mindset of "I need to remove this weed". Maybe leave it! #nativeflowers
Goldenrod A resilient native flowering plant thrives in poor soil, supporting insects and pollinators. They also serve as food for wildlife while remaining green into late fall. They also have a very showy yellow flower, great for backdrop gardens. #goldenrod #nativeplants #plantnativeplants
Home sweet home, the world is my home, nature my teacher.🕊️ Dance your dance like the world is watching Self reflections Seen you looking back There we were in the middle Naked we stand together To see all is one Is to be freed from Together, we build Reality to observe Memory of lived experiences
Found this neat variation of the #poppies that keep coming back year after year; they follow me around lol. I have moved several times, and here they still are blooming in the hidden parts of the garden, often by surprise. What a blessing 🌺🙏 🕊️ Without expectations, I am filled with excitement
True tiger lilies (Lilium lancifolium) naturally feature distinctive, downward-facing blossoms with petals that curve sharply backward (recurved tepals). This one is a Columbia Lily (Lilium columbianum), also known as the Turk's cap lily. #nativeplants #flowers #lilies #tigerlily
Found a lady's slipper on my journey the other day. What a blessing it was to find. #ladysslipper #flowers #nativeplants
What brings you joy, Frank? asked his Mom, everything she said. Frank said how can that be, Mom? Perspective son. 🕊️ Let the world be what you wish it to be, use understanding to find peace within the chaos. Cast your positive reflections to see them around. #wisetales #rememberingyou #humanslove
Serviceberry flowers along my walking trail. They seem to be glowing in the twilight. #walkingalone #myjourny #lifeworthliving
On my forest walk today, looking for mushrooms to photograph, I stumbled upon this brilliant Striped Coralroot (Corallorhiza striata). #orchids #flowers #nativeflowers
Hello Wagu 🐑 Our friendly sheep keeps an eye on everything. If you know how to read sheep language, lol. They will let you know far in advance that something is not right with the energy in the area. Listen, watch, quiet your thoughts, and life's magic appears. You start to read natures language.
