Sophie's perfect weather map. Daily high 56‑78 °F [13‑25 °C], dewpoint ≤ 55 °F [12 °C], max cloud cover ≤ 50%. Almost everywhere is very uncomfortable except for coastal California.

The same but zoomed in, showing San Francisco and the Peninsula is the only place in the entire country considered very comfortable. Coastal East Bay would also be included, but isn't highlighted because inland Alameda and Contra Costa Counties are way too hot.
